I recently spent my Christmas holiday at a budget hotel in a coastal town. The staff was extremely welcoming and friendly, making my stay comfortable. The location of the hotel was perfect, situated close to the beach, the supermarket, and local fast-food joints. Even more, a wonderful swimming pool with a bar that serves delicious Frappés is a minute walk away. As a coffee lover, I enjoyed the free coffee that was available at the reception as many times as I wanted.
The hotel room was a little small, and although the towels and linens were clean, there was a lingering smell that made my stay a little uncomfortable. the bathroom fixtures were a bit old, and the walls looked like they could use a fresh coat of paint.

The staff were efficient, friendly and helpful. The best anywhere and we have been to over 80 countries. The restaurant was excellent value and had a varied menu. Breakfast was very good too.The location is amazing- nature and sea. And about the mineral pool i had a problem with my legs from many years and after several visits at the pool now everything is gone.

Quiet location price was reasonable for the room condition
1. The swimming pool is not functional and is to far from the hotel 2. poor English speaking of the hotel staff 3. hard to find it - no guiding signs and the only advertise of the hotel is in Bulgarian in their own alphabet letters 4. the only beach you can reach in walking distance is very small and the sand is not good quality 5. the sea view that they advertise isn't a really "sea view" - the view is blocked by other buildings and / or trees: 6. they are have only old TV sets with indoor antenna and the signal quality is very bed - and only Bulgarian chanells

Nestled in a bay with crystal clear waters and sandy beaches, this hotel offers a perfect location for a seaside vacation. You can enjoy a relaxing day by the beach, engage in water sports like jet skiing, or take a stroll along the coast. the rooms are well-furnished and provide a comfortable bed for a good night's sleep. the bathroom is decent with clean towels and fixtures. the staff are polite and accommodating, and the breakfast is satisfactory.
The hotel lacks some modern facilities, and the cleanliness could be improved.

We absolutely loved this hotel! It was perfectly located close to the beach, which was a major plus for us. The hotel facilities were great, especially the clean and tidy rooms that had everything we needed. We were delighted with the parking spaces available, and transportation was hassle-free. The staff were amazing and spoke several languages fluently, making it easy for us to communicate.
All was good.

Great location close to the beach and good value for money. the room had clean towels and linen, and the bathroom was well equipped. the balcony offered a refreshing view of the park which was enjoyable to wake up to in the morning.
The hotel fell short in many areas. the furniture and carpets were worn out and not very clean.
